After some data digging, the official birth date of WawaNet has been found. The official Birth date is: October 3, 2021. Information about the server history and development has been updated to include this new information in the WawaNet website.

A new building next to the McDonalds Season two WawaGens easter egg was built as a tech shop that sells AI assistance robots that help you with mainly surveillance and protection. This company has been named Wawa Robotics and AI (WRAI) and it is related to the Lore of WawaNet.
The WawaNet Score Board you see while in the game now includes a 24 hour ingame clock, coordinates in X Z Y, a biome detector, and where your facing indicator with North, South, East, and West. The Kill and Death count has been reduced into one line as just KD and shows you both numbers for kills and deaths.
The DailyMissions task on trading with a villager for a rabbit stew not registering has been patched. Thank you for the bug report Minecraft user SK__MC.
